Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be cancelled without notice.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

PBGA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order including but not limited to:

• suspected fraud
• export restrictions
• payment verification issues

If payment has already been received, a refund will be issued.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only.

PBGA shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• customs clearance
• courier delays
• weather
• strikes
• government actions
• force majeure events
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

8. International Orders

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that purchased products may legally be imported into their

country.

PBGA accepts no responsibility for:

• customs seizure
• import refusal
• local regulations
• licensing requirements

No refunds will be issued for shipments rejected by customs due to local laws.

9. Returns

Returns require prior written authorization.

Products must:

• be unused
• remain in original packaging
• include all accessories
• be returned within the approved return period
• Returned products showing signs of:

• Damage 
• Modification may be refused.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

10. Warranty

PBGA honors manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty coverage does NOT include:

• modifications
• water damage

Warranty decisions remain subject to manufacturer inspection where applicable.

PBGA reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim qualifies.

11. Technical Services

PBGA provides professional maintenance and repair services.

By submitting equipment for service, customers acknowledge:

diagnosis may require complete disassembly

repair costs may exceed initial estimates if hidden damage is discovered

additional approval will be requested whenever practical

PBGA is not responsible for:

• pre-existing defects
• hidden internal damage
• aftermarket modifications
• previous repair attempts
• tournament scheduling conflicts
• Service turnaround times are estimates only.

12. Custom Builds & Special Orders

Custom products, anodizing, laser engraving, pre-orders and special-order items are non-refundable unless

defective.

Production timelines are estimates only.

Delays by manufacturers or suppliers shall not constitute grounds for cancellation.

13. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products require full or partial payment as specified.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Manufacturer delays are outside PBGA's control.

Pre-order bonuses, gifts or promotional items are available only while supplies last.

14. Dealer Sales

Authorized dealers are responsible for providing proper customer support within their region.

PBGA reserves the right to:

• approve dealer applications
• suspend dealer pricing
• terminate dealer accounts
• at its sole discretion.

15. Product Use

Paintball markers and related equipment must always be used responsibly.

Customers agree to:

• wear approved eye protection
• follow local laws
• comply with field safety rules
• maintain equipment correctly

Paintball products should never be modified to exceed legal velocity limits.

16. Assumption of Risk

Paintball is an inherently hazardous sport.

By purchasing or using products sold by PBGA, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• equipment operation
• paintball participation
• recreational activities
• competitive events

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBGA shall not be liable for:

• tournament losses
• missed events
• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product or service involved.
